Refund policy

Returns — 7 Days

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method or store credit— your choice.

To Be Eligible for a Return, Items Must Be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free of perfume, smoke, deodorant, pet hair, makeup or any stains
  • Not marked Final Sale

Items That Cannot Be Returned:

  • Final Sale items (marked at checkout)
  • Swimwear and intimates
  • Accessories
  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that show signs of wear or damage

How to Start a Return

Email us at shop@kristygigi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions within 1–2 business days.

Please do not send items back without a return authorization — they will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for it to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Prefer store credit? Just let us know when you email — store credit is issued immediately upon return approval and never expires.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, email us at shop@kristygigi.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll take care of it immediately at no cost to you.
